Questions about specific services or enrollment? We respond to all inquiries within one business day.

Location

Our teaching kitchen is located in Melbourne's central business district, accessible via tram routes 11, 12, and 96. Street parking is limited; we recommend using nearby public car parks on Exhibition or Spring Street.

Address: 142 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia

Email

For program inquiries, enrollment questions, or specific curriculum requests, send detailed questions to:

[email protected]

We don't provide telephone support. Email allows us to give thorough, considered responses rather than quick answers that may be incomplete.

Operating Hours

Classes and private sessions run throughout the week based on enrollment schedules. Administrative responses are provided during business hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AEST
  • Sunday: Closed

Emails received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Before You Contact Us

To help us provide useful responses, please include:

  • Which service or program you're inquiring about
  • Your current cooking skill level
  • Specific questions about curriculum, scheduling, or requirements
  • Any dietary restrictions or equipment limitations we should know about
  • Your preferred time frame for starting

General questions like "tell me about your classes" are difficult to answer helpfully. The more specific your inquiry, the more useful our response will be.

Visiting the Kitchen

We don't offer facility tours or drop-in visits. The teaching kitchen is in use during most operating hours, and interruptions affect current students' learning experience.

If you want to see the space before enrolling in a longer program, consider starting with a single private instruction session. This allows you to evaluate the facility, meet an instructor, and assess whether our approach matches your learning preferences—all while developing actual skills rather than just touring an empty kitchen.
